ICONFIT Sleep Capsules is a food supplement for evening use. Magnesium as magnesium bisglycinate is combined with lemon balm leaf extract 10:1, L-theanine from green tea, valerian root extract 10:1, vitamin B6 and melatonin.

Melatonin contributes to the reduction of time taken to fall asleep. The beneficial effect is obtained by consuming 1 mg of melatonin close to bedtime. Magnesium and vitamin B6 contribute to the normal function of the nervous system.
