Folate contributes to maternal tissue growth during pregnancy, to normal amino acid synthesis, to normal blood formation and to the normal function of the immune system. It also contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and has a role in the process of cell division.

Take 1 capsule daily with a glass of water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children. Store in a dry, dark place at 5–25 °C.
